Your letter states that any representations should be forwarded within 21 days. Please do not assume (as letter suggests) that I have no comment due to my failure to respond within the stated time scale. There has to be an allowance for people who are on their summer holidays and would not have received the letter in time to respond. Please confirm that my late objections and comments have now been received and considered. Please also extend your deadline to account for the 6 week summer holiday period so that other like minded people are able to respond to this application in time. Excellent strategic timing, no doubt influenced by Fred Johnson, BP Company Secretary and chair of the planning authority. This is a disgraceful conflict of interest.
