The development of this land would be highly detrimental to the community of Sully, removing valuable and much used green space. The infrastructure that currently serves Sully does not have the capacity to deal with development of this scale. Roads, the school, GP surgery, sewers and drainage are all at capacity! An application to develop this land has been refused in the past on such grounds and I sincerely hope that this application will be subjected to rigorous checks and that it is refused to ensure this space remains available for use by the residents of Sully.
