My husband, Neil Brookes, and I strongly object to the proposed hybrid application development at Sully Sports and Social Club, 2015/00843/FUL/SDB. We live on Clevedon Avenue in close proximity to the proposed development. As a family with young children we use this green space behind Sully sports and social club for recreation and exercise. We think it?s very important to be active and instil a healthy approach to exercise in our children, in line with the Welsh Government?s push to encourage people to ?get active?. We wish to continue taking regular, daily exercise and use the large open, green spaces to support our children?s development and wellbeing. This would be taken away by the proposed development which would have a detrimental impact on the amenity usage and landscape of this area. There would also be a less clear distinction between the settlement edges and countryside which will then lead to the loss of open land. CONTINUED IN ATTACHED DOCUMENT
