1) This land currently marks to edge of the urban area of Sully and I do not want to see Sully's boundaries blurred by development of green wedge
2) My children use this green area to play ? the reason I moved to neighbouring Clevedon Avenue.
3) I believe that this development will have a significant effect on Road safety and traffic congestion. The traffic survey that was carried out on the 8th July which I think was not representative because it was in school holidays. Also, I the total 500 houses proposed at Cog Road have been taken into account. The land was refused development in 1993 for highway reasons.
4) This development will spool the coastline and is not agricultural, nature conservation, low impact tourism or coastal access as specified in Policy MG24 (2). LDP Strategy - Policy SP1 also states that it will protect, enhance the built, natural, and coastal environment which this obviously will spoil
5) This will add undue pressure on our local schools and services
