Sully village is already overdeveloped. Plans are already put forward that would increase that overdevelopment. Sully Sports & Social Club is one of the few remaining open spaces in the village. Such a development would place a further huge strain on the local infrastructure, including the local school, etc. At a recent Sully Council meeting, an official of the club stated the club would be in financial difficulty if this did not go ahead within the next 10 years - not 10 weeks. It is a vast over-development of this open area, which has been used by Sully Villages for many, many years.
