I strongly object to this application because:
1. Sully has no railway line and the increase in population would result in traffic chaos especially on a journey to Cardiff.
2. The increase in traffic, as a result of no rail link, will be environmentally damaging.
3. The development's proximity to the Wales coastal path will further damage the tourist appeal of this part of one of this country's major attractions. (especially during the construction phase)
4. Removal of green space.
5. Increased pressure on the already very limited village infra structure: e.g. schools, doctor surgeries.
6. Loss of leisure services and erosion of community.
7. Loss of wildlife and plant habitat.
8. The requirement for housing in this area is controversial and unproven.
