Tno. of houses/dwellings proposed is too large for this site; it would result in some 200x 2 extra cars using sully road already a dangerous race track. Even more cars will be generated by the shops planned.
The shops if agreed MUST Be adjacent to where the library is currently situated, ie the pedestrian crossing will assist in slowing the cars down to ubder 30mph. Sully deserves a speed servey to justify my comments...more accidents are on the way!
If the new postion of the new grass bowling green is on the current car park between new bowls AND old to be demolished club house then I do not object because of my loss of view of Sully Island & Bristol channel....the 1st reason we bought this house in 1969, June 9th. my wife & I lookn forward to your comments
