Please see attached letter and note that I strongly object to the application based on the grounds that it is a completely unsustainable project. The village cannot accommodate a 65% increase in capacity with absolutely no facilities, amenities, job opportunities, poor transport links and poor utilities. These key factors have to be considered when looking into any new development. Particularly when the rural landscape is valuable to the 'gateway to the Vale' as agricultural and rural recreational pursuits. I hope you will consider my points.
