I am a resident of St. Nicholas and am writing to register my objections to the above proposed development. My grounds against this development are as follows:- Residents in our village reside in historic character properties including Victorian houses and Newer but still established dwellings. The area enjoys conservation status and includes a number of listed buildings. This proposal is totally unsuited to this area both visually and practically and would have a significant detrimental impact to the current residents and amenities. As a resident I am totally opposed to this proposal and would ask that the planning committee consider these points and dismiss this application.
