The development is unsuitable . It will almost double the number of houses in a village without the infrastructure to cope. The demolistion of Emmaville will have detrimental affects on neighbouring properties and access to the site at that point is particularly dangerous on a very busy road where traffic is picking up speed as it leaves the village. There have been several accidents at that spot. It is presumed that most houses will have at least one car. Therefore at least 79 extra vehicles.
