The entrance/exit to the new development is poor due to the speed which vehicles travel on the B4265. The entrance/exit should be on the Eglwys Brewis Road so that emerging vehicles are controlled by the traffic lights on the By-pass. Harding Close is already used as a short-cut and we have disturbance at all hours including individuals urinating in the street. The new footpath will be a magnet for yobs, drug users, graffiti and motorcyclists taking a short-cut, and be used as a toilet. No doubt it will quickly become strewn with rubbish and drug paraphernalia particularly as the lighting starts to fail or is vandalised. For a number of years the council has funnelled pedestrians off the By-pass pavement and onto the private road in front of numbers 32-40 but won't contribute to the maintenance or upkeep of the road from public funds. It would make more sense for the council to adopt the road outside 32-40 instead of just providing the new footpath.
