We are very concerned about the new development for a number of reasons. It an already very busy dangerous junction and far from ideal for any pedestrians, there has been many incidents on this junction and the joining a48 over the past years. there are no local aminties for new occupiers of the new dwellings, eg not a big enough school for children , very poor transportation links. We are also concerned about the fact that 3 of the houses will be gifted away....
